Sean serves as the President of Capital Consultants, and provides executive oversight for all consulting, inspection and construction management projects, and is actively involved in Investor/ Lender Progress Inspection and Plan Review Services on construction projects, Physical Needs Assessments, as well as review of drawings and submittals. Prior to joining Capital Consultants in 2007, Sean served as an Architect and Project Manager with Rosemann & Associates, P.C. Sean’s fourteen years of prior experience and his developed skills for conceptualizing the site and providing construction alternatives for Senior and Market Rate Multi-Family Housing and Mixed-Use Historic Renovations are vital to Capital Consultants. Sean graduated from Drury University with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. Sean is a Licensed Registered Architect in the States of Missouri, Indiana and North Carolina. Sean is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Jonathan McGinnis, LEED AP BD+C
[email protected]As a Project Manager for Capital Consultants, Jon provides Investor/ Lender Progress Inspection and Plan Review Services on construction projects, Physical Needs Assessments, as well as reviewing of drawings and submittals. Prior to joining Capital Consultants in 2012, Jon served as a Project Manager for AAIC, Inc., and brings eight years of architectural, design, and construction administration experience, including commercial new construction, municipal and educational rehabilitation, and new construction with an emphasis on sustainable design. Jon graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor's degree in architecture, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional, BD+C. Jon previously served on the Technical and Advocacy committees for the Missouri Gateway Chapter of the USGBC, and as a member of the Missouri Structural Assessment and Visual Evaluation (S.A.V.E.) Coalition.
Paul Berry, RA, NCARB, CDT
[email protected]As a Project Manager for Capital Consultants, Paul provides Project Management through on-site Owners Representation, Physical Needs Assessments, Investor/ Lender Progress Inspection and Plan Review Services. Paul joined Capital Consultants in 2012, brining 34 years of experience in architecture and project management. He has a broad knowledge of all phases of project development from programming and conceptual design phase through substantial completion of construction. He has experience with affordable housing, adaptive reuse lofts and apartments, new and renovated condominiums, senior independent living, apartment and suite-style student housing, master planning, and housing authority modernizations. Paul received his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the University of Kansas. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is a Licensed Registered Architect in the states of Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Michigan, and South Carolina, and a certified Construction Document Technologist.
Andrew Koenig, RA
[email protected]As a Project Manager for Capital Consultants, Andrew provides Investor/ Lender Progress Inspection and Plan Review Services on construction projects, Physical Needs Assessments, as well as reviewing of drawings and submittals. Prior to joining Capital Consultants Inc. in 2013, Andrew served as Project Architect for Rosemann & Associates, P.C. Andrew brings eight years of architectural design experience to Capital Consultants. His experience includes design and construction administration of multi-family residential projects ranging from multi-story apartment buildings to senior housing communities, and historic rehabilitation projects. Andrew graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Architecture and has been a Licensed Registered Architect in the State of Missouri since 2008.
Jeff Raynsford, RA

Prior to joining Capital Consultants Inc. in 2014, Jeff served as Construction Administrator for Christner Inc. Jeff brings 32 years of architectural experience to Capital Consultants. His experience includes architectural design and construction administration of multi-family residential projects including multistory apartment buildings and historic rehabilitation projects, K-12 education projects and various institutional, commercial and healthcare projects. Jeff graduated from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree, and is a Licensed Registered Architect in the State of Missouri.
Joe Ruma, RA
[email protected]As a Project Manager for Capital Consultants, Joe provides Project Management through on-site Owners Representation, Physical Needs Assessments, Investor/ Lender Services, and Plan Review Services. With a background in architecture, project management, design, marketing, and Owner services, Joe brings 27 years of experience to Capital Consultants. He has experience in team management for historic renovations, new construction, multi-family housing, and adaptive reuse projects. Additionally, he has experience in Higher Education, Sports and Recreation Facility design, and Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Facility design. Joe received his Bachelor of Technology degree in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Licensed Registered Architect in the State of Missouri.
David Lorentz, RA
[email protected]As a Project Manager for Capital Consultants, David provides Investor/ Lender Progress Inspection and Plan Review Services on construction projects. David brings 20+ years of architectural and construction experience to CCI. Prior to joining CCI, David served as Program Manager-Architecture for Core States Group, Senior Project Architect for m2 Architecture Studio and Senior Associate for Klitzing-Welsch Associates. David is skilled in reporting and consulting as a project inspector, analyzing physical needs inspections, reviewing drawings and submittals and many other design and construction matters. His experience includes design and construction administration of multi-family housing, senior living, corporate office renovations, manufacturing plant renovations, historic renovations, retail and restaurant projects. David is a Registered Architect and an alumnus of St. Louis Community College – Meramec.

Prior to joining Capital Consultants in 2017, Andrew served as a Project Architect for KAI Design & Build, and brings 10 years of experience including design and construction administration of residential projects including single family homes, multi-story apartment buildings, various commercial projects, and historic renovations. Andrew received his bachelor's degree in Architecture from Drury University, and Master of Construction Management degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a Licensed Architect in Texas and Missouri. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Missouri Structural Assessment and Visual Evaluation (S.A.V.E.) Coalition.

Prior to joining Capital Consultants in 2018, Patrick served as Housing Studio Leader for KAI Design & Build and brings more than 20 years of Design and Construction Administration experience including multi-family housing, senior independent living, and historic renovation and adaptive reuse projects. Patrick graduated from Drury University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, is a Licensed Registered Architect in the State of Missouri, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Jennifer L. DeMay
[email protected]Jennifer joined Capital Consultants, Inc. in 2005 as the Administrative Coordinator, providing a professional level of support and assistance as she works closely with our Project Managers and executives in all areas of project reporting and review processes, and assists with Physical Needs Assessments site surveys and report production. Jennifer also oversees daily bookkeeping functions in addition to providing quality assurance, word processing and software/ technology support. Jennifer brought 11 years of construction accounting, project administration and project documentation experience including serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and in various accounting and purchasing capacities at two of St. Louis’ largest General Contractors. Jennifer is an alumnus of Belleville Area College where she obtained an Associate of Science degree in Accounting.
Denise Ling
[email protected]As an Administrative Assistant, Denise works closely with our Project Managers and executives in all areas of project reporting and review processes including report preparation, providing quality assurance, word processing and software/ technology support. Joining the Capital Consultants team in 2012, Denise comes from a software quality assurance background, bringing exceptional procedural and organizational skills. Denise graduated from University of Missouri – Rolla with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
Gerrie Rheinecker
[email protected]As an Administrative Assistant, Gerrie works closely with our Project Managers and executives in project document collection and report preparation, providing administrative assistance, quality assurance and word processing support. Joining the Capital Consultants team in 2016, Gerrie comes to us from a Construction Loan Administration and Asset Management background bringing over 22 years of experience in maintaining construction portfolios ranging between $5mm to $100mm, monitoring project budgets, schedules, conducting risk assessments and funding request authorizations. Gerrie also supported Asset Management and Senior Management in monitoring all aspects of construction to ensure timely completion, compliance and tax credit delivery.
