Our staff of architects and seasoned construction professionals has worked nationwide on thousands of projects, from Florida to Alaska, for nationwide clients including Bank of America, Citi Community Capital, Great Southern Bank, PNC Bank and US Bank. Our services during planning, design, construction and even the on-going maintenance of a project help protect the soundness and long-term viability of our clients' real estate investments. We provide numerous services to our clients to help control quality, cost and schedule on a wide range of construction projects. We have significant experience with HUD and tax credit-financed developments. Some of our services include:

• Constructability and cost reviews, which include reviews of plans, specifications and various other due diligence documents, such as environmental reports, engineering documents, local building codes, cost estimates, contracts, monthly draws, change orders, certificates of substantial completion, occupancy permits, etc.

• Perform site inspections at required intervals and provide progress reports which review construction work in place and include recommendations regarding construction quality, scheduling, ADA compliance and contractor payment requests

• Physical/Capital Needs Assessments per ASTM E2018.  PCNA Reports can be further tailored to meet State Housing Finance Agency criteria, and/or for use of the HUD CNA e-Tool, or HUD Section 223(f) or (a)(7) or LEAN Section 223(f) requirements

• Owner’s representation and project management during the planning, design construction phases, and even the on-going maintenance of a project
• Building Energy Modeling (BEM) to evaluate the energy use of a building through simulation and analysis of the main energy-related components that can be used for code compliance, green certification (such as Energy Star and LEED projects), qualification for tax credits and utility incentives and real-time building control
• Level 1 and Level 2 Energy Audits as defined by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) that include analysis of mechanical, domestic hot water, building envelope and electrical systems with recommended improvements and associated payback periods
• Sustainable consulting and verification services from initial planning stages to final certification for Energy Star, Enterprise Green Communities, National Green Building Standard, and LEED projects
